Happy New Year!
The beginning of the year is a time to reflect and set new goals for the months ahead. Together we can make a difference in our communities and encourage a healthier lifestyle for all.
In 2015, we look forward to bringing you more delicious recipes, cookbooks and recipe chips as well a new family cookbook by Louise Fulton Keats for both TM31 and TM5 customers and an everyday cookbook for TM5 users.
In addition, we'll be sharing more cooking classes, tips, exclusive competitions and everyday surprises to further enrich your Thermomix journey. It's going to be a busy year!
Wishing you all the best for 2015.
Happy cooking from Thermomix!
Try the Thermomix gelato flavour
Last year, our Facebook community voted for an iconic Thermomix recipe to be converted into a Gelato Messina flavour. Dani Valent's Chilli cherry ripe scooped up the most votes and the flavour Cherry Pickin' tempted tastebuds in Gelato Messina stores in December.
Our recipe team have converted Cherry Pickin' into an easy to make gelato you can recreate at home.

The most popular recipes from 2014
Former MasterChef contestant, Alice Zaslavsky's recipe for Summer quinoa bites was the most popular recipe featured in all of our newsletters in 2014! Showcasing big summer flavours and protein packed quinoa, we're not surprised this lunchbox recipe was a favourite.

No waste Wednesday
A study by the NSW government estimated that each Australian household throws away 20% of food, averaging $1,036 each year! Reducing this waste has huge benefits to your hip pocket and to the environment, so each Wednesday we'll be sharing a 'no waste' tip via our social media channels.
Start your no waste campaign by making a clever Carrot top pesto! It's delicious served as a dip, stirred through pasta, or on top of this Carrot, coconut and coriander soup.
Stay tuned to Facebook and Twitter each week for more No Waste Wednesday tips and recipes.
